Description

Rheoflow AF-800 is based on a silicone-free, high molecular weight acrylic surface active agent and has excellent defoaming power with good levelling properties. Especially it is superiorly effective for high viscosity paints which require a strong defoaming agent, such as mastic paints, floor coatings, film coats / gel coats and multi-component systems.

• Injection molding systems
  -Vinyl mastic paints, Acrylic mastic paints.
  -Epoxy heavy duty paint and floor coatings based on Urethane or Epoxies.
  -Unsaturated polyester film coats and gel coats etc.
  -Sanding sealers, Putties and High filler loading systems etc..

Recommended Amounts and Incorporation Methods

• In coatings on total formulation, 0.2% ~1.0% of delivery form.
  


• Usually post-added, and dispersed uniformly. When added in pre-mix, a higher level of additive is needed than with post-addition.
