Description
Rheoflow VIS-750 reduces plastisol viscosity of inorganic, organic
pigments and fillers. It reduces the interfacial tension between the hydrophylic
pigments/extenders and the hydrophobic plasticizers, forming a lattice structure
with the pigments at the same time. And also it effects the controlled flocculation
of pigments and extenders.
Composition
Medium volatile aliphatic hydrocarbons with neutral wetting and dispersing
components for filled and unfilled systems.

Advantages

Recommended Amounts and Incorporation Methods
- Rheoflow VIS-750 can be added 1% ~ 7.5% of delivery form on the PVC resins.
Added during the production of the plastisol or shortly before processing.
