Description
Rheoflow DS-425 is very suitable for unsaturated polyester and UV-curing
systems. It reduces the interfacial tension between the hydrophylic pigments/extenders
and the hydrophobic binders. Especialy it can give rapid degassing and lower
viscosity properties in the finished products. And also improved levelling and
flow properties.

Recommended Amounts and Incorporation Methods
- In unpigmented coating systems, Rheoflow DS-425 can be added in any stage
of the preparation. In the case of pigmented systems, it should be added to
the resin before the dispersion. The added dosage is 0.2%~1.5% Rheoflow DS-425
on the total formulation, but unpigmented case it is needed 1.5%~5.0% on binder
of delivery form.
